We ship to eligible U.S. addresses where vaping/delta 8 products are permitted by law. Due to state, county, or city regulations, some products or destinations may be restricted. We do not ship internationally.

No. Shipments must go to a physical street address.

Orders placed by our daily cutoff (business days) typically ship within 1 business day. Weekends/holidays are excluded. High-volume launches or severe weather may add a short delay.

Blaze & Vape: Free standard shipping on orders $50+. Some items/regions may be excluded. Expedited options and Adult Signature fees are not covered by free shipping.

We’ll email a tracking link as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. You can also view tracking in your account’s order history

The carrier will attempt delivery when an adult (21+) is present. If missed, they may reattempt or hold at a local facility for pickup with ID.

If your order hasn’t entered fulfillment, contact us immediately. Once an order is processing or shipped, changes/cancellations aren’t guaranteed.

First, check with other household members and neighbors, and look for attempted-delivery notices. Because Adult Signature is required, stolen-after-delivery claims are rare; if you still can’t locate it, contact our support team for next steps.

Transit scans can lag. If there’s no movement for 5–7 business days, reach out and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Orders ship in plain, discreet packaging. The shipping label displays the name Shipping Department and return address as required.
